Consumer claims for warranty service should be made through the retail location where the product, or bicycle with Profile Design original equipment (OEM), was purchased. Retailers should then contact the authorized Profile Design distributor within their country to obtain an RA (return authorization) number before sending the product, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the distributor for review. Any postage, insurance, or shipping costs incurred in sending your product for service (in either direction) are your responsibility. Profile Design will not be responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
